Hello, friends, I’m sorry for having been slightly AWOL recently. I’ve been in Florence, Italy, for my first visit ever, and I am in heaven. I think Tuscany is where good Americans go after they die, which was once said about Paris.
I’ve been able to visit the mothership of Santa Maria Novella fragrances, in its original location next to the cloister of Santa Maria Novella church. I’ve been to AquaFlor. I’ve been to Farmacia SS. Annunziata dal 1561. I have smelled many wonderful smells and I have eaten many wonderful meals! I’ll be writing about some of these once my life returns to a normal schedule!

Serenity Now Scents and Sensibilities 
Florence!!!!! I hope you have a fabulous time! Last time I was there was 1994! did zero perfume shopping but had I been with a different companion would definitely have gone to the SMN shop! The only fragrance I have tried and own is vintage Melograno which was gifted to me. I am very curious about their other fragrances and look forward to hearing what you have to say about your travels.

And enjoy Venice! What a magical place! That was my favorite out of all the places we visited in Italy.

We are loving it! It is so odd, I’m a good way. I will have to re-read some fiction set there. The Marriage of the Sea comes to mind, if I got the title right.
